What does a part time animal caretaker do?

A Part Time Animal Caretaker is responsible for the daily care and well-being of animals in settings such as shelters, kennels, veterinary clinics, or pet boarding facilities. Their duties typically include feeding animals, cleaning cages or enclosures, monitoring animal health, administering medications as directed, and providing companionship and exercise. Because it is a part-time role, caretakers usually work flexible hours and may cover shifts during weekends or holidays. Part Time Animal Caretakers play an important role in ensuring that animals are healthy, safe, and comfortable while in their care.
