Huntleigh USA is seeking customer-focused and dependable Passenger Service Attendants (Wheelchair Agents) to provide exceptional assistance to airline passengers at Norfolk International Airport (ORF). As a Passenger Service Attendant, you will play an essential role in ensuring passengers who require wheelchair assistance receive safe, courteous, and timely service throughout the airport.

Position Summary

The Passenger Service Attendant is responsible for safely transporting passengers requiring wheelchair assistance while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a professional image. Team members work closely with airline personnel, dispatchers, and airport staff to deliver a positive travel experience.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Safely transport passengers to and from gates, ticket counters, baggage claim, and other airport locations.

  • Provide exceptional customer service while assisting passengers with mobility needs.

  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and gate agents regarding passenger assignments.

  • Assist passengers by providing airport information and directions.

  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with passengers, airline personnel, and the public.

  • Comply with all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security screening procedures and airport regulations.

  • Complete wheelchair logs documenting passenger assistance.

  • Report accidents, incidents, or unusual events according to company procedures.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
