About Our Family
We are a busy, warm, and lively family of five with a household that runs at full speed - both parents have demanding careers that involve frequent travel, and with three children in different stages of school life, there is always something happening. From early school mornings and extracurricular activities to family travel and ever-changing schedules, our days are full, active, and wonderfully dynamic.
Our household reflects our cultural roots - we eat whole, nourishing food with a strong Peruvian influence, we value warmth and humor, and we genuinely want our home to feel like a well-run sanctuary rather than a source of stress. With parents operating on opposite schedules and both balancing demanding careers that often begin early in the day, the family is seeking support during the morning hours to help ensure the children are prepared for the day and out the door to school smoothly and on time. We are not a rigid household - we don't need perfection, we need partnership.
We already have wonderful support in place, what we're looking for is someone who can step into the spaces in between-the morning routines, daily resets, household organization, inventory management, meal prep, laundry, and the countless small details that keep a busy family running smoothly. We want someone who can help transform our household from simply keeping up to truly thriving.
At the core of it all, we are looking for a proactive, independent professional who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and genuinely enjoys helping a family create more ease, organization, and peace of mind. We value warmth, flexibility, and follow-through, and we'd love to find someone who can become a trusted partner in supporting our home and helping our family focus more on what matters most.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is proactive, self-directed, and energized by creating order and efficiency within a busy household. You are someone who naturally walks into a home, assesses what needs attention, and takes initiative without needing constant direction. Organized and solutions-oriented, you think several steps ahead, anticipate needs, and take pride in creating systems that help a household run smoothly.
You have a project manager's mindset and enjoy balancing the many moving pieces of family life-from household organization and inventory management to meal prep, errands, and daily routines. You are resourceful, adaptable, and capable of managing priorities independently while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
Warm, trustworthy, and dependable, you enjoy working in a family-centered environment and are comfortable around children and the energy that comes with a full household. You communicate openly, follow through on commitments, and take genuine pride in supporting families in meaningful ways. Most importantly, you find satisfaction in helping a home feel organized, cared for, and less overwhelming so that the family can focus on what matters most.
