Job description

PlayMetrics is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company revolutionizing the way youth sports organizations operate. We move fast, build lean, and take pride in a workplace where people enjoy showing up. As we grow, we need someone to help make sure our office runs smoothly, so the rest of the team can stay focused on building great products.
The Role
We're looking for a part-time Office Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our Morrisville headquarters. This is a hands-on, in-office role, roughly 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, stocked, and running without anyone having to ask.
What You'll Do
  • Keep the office stocked and running: Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies, snacks, beverages, and kitchen essentials. Make sure things get restocked before they run out.
  • Manage office vendor and Amazon accounts: Own our office purchasing accounts, track orders, manage deliveries, and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure we're getting the best value.
  • Support new hire desk setups: Coordinate workspace readiness for new employees, ensuring desks are stocked, equipment is in place, and the space is ready on day one.
  • Maintain a great workspace: Keep common areas, the kitchen, and shared spaces clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day.
  • Coordinate vendors and facilities: Serve as the point of contact for building management, cleaning crews, and any office maintenance or repair needs.
  • Support company events and team moments: Help coordinate in-office lunches, team celebrations, and occasional all-hands logistics.
  • Handle light errands and ad hoc tasks: Pick up supplies, manage deliveries, and assist with miscellaneous tasks as they come up.
  • Be a resource for the team: Help employees find what they need, whether that's a charger, a conference room setup, or just a hand with something practical.

What You'll Need
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Comfortable with basic technology (Google Workspace, Amazon Business, online ordering platforms)
  • Able to commit to a consistent in-office schedule
  • Prior office, hospitality, or facilities experience a plus, but not required
  • Be at least 18 years of age, with a valid drivers license
  • Can read, write, and fluently speak and understand English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Will be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer in the US. (We cannot consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa).

Physical Demands
  • Regularly remain in a stationary position, including sitting and standing, throughout the workday.
  • Occasionally move throughout the work environment to perform essential job functions.
  • Regularly lift, carry, push, pull, and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, operate, manipulate, and feel objects, tools, controls, and equipment.
  • Regularly communicate and exchange information with coworkers, customers, and others in a manner that supports the effective performance of the position.
  • Regularly observe and assess information using visual acuity, including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, as necessary to perform essential job duties.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

PlayMetrics Will Provide
  • Competitive pay
