Job Title: Part-Time House Manager & Family Assistant (with Dog & Household Care Focus)

Location: Centerton, AR 72719

Employment Type: Part-time (15-20 hours per week)

Schedule: Flexible schedule, averaging around 2-4 hours per day Monday through Friday. Hours may vary between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., mornings preferred with some afternoons needed for family support or kid pickups. Split-day scheduling with a few hours in the morning and additional time in the afternoon is welcome.

Compensation: $25-30/hour based on experience

  • Maintain a smoke-free environment
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record. House manager's car may be used for occasional kid transport
  • Comfortable caring for and walking a large young dog (100 lb Rottweiler)

Key ResponsibilitiesHousehold Organization & Maintenance
  • Reset and tidy rooms daily to restore order after the morning rush.
  • Maintain household organization systems (closets, storage, pantry, and toys).

  • Load/unload dishwasher, wipe surfaces, and vacuum high-traffic areas.
  • Coordinate and supervise service providers (cleaners, handymen, landscapers).
  • Prepare the home for guest stays, family events, or seasonal transitions.
  • Support packing/unpacking for family trips.
Inventory & Errands
  • Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household supplies.

  • Maintain running household lists and anticipate supply needs.
Meal Support
