Job description

Webbs Reserve at Babcock Ranch, located in Fort Myers, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time dishwasher! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

The dish and general utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures
the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.

Pay Range: $18/hr

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Understanding the knowledge of safety and sanitation
     
  • Must be dependable
     
  • Must be able to work well in a fastpaced environment
     
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
     
  • Must be able to take direction 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through
    dish machine
  • Sort and stack clean dishes
     
  • Change dishwater in dish machine every hour
     
  • Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand
     
  • Remove trash and garbage to dumpster
     
  • Set up or break down dishwashing area
     
  • Clean and roll/unroll mats
     
  • Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions
     
  • Sweep/mop floors
     
  • Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster
     
  • Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed
     
  • Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry
     
  • Full compliance with the Department of Health regulations
     
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
