What You'll Need: Delivery Driver Requirements – Non CDL
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Eligible to work in the U.S.A.
- Valid driver's license (Non CDL, no commercial driver's license required)
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs as part of daily delivery and warehouse operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work at least 1 weekend day per week
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and routes is a plus
- Experience as a Delivery Driver or in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required

$21.35/hr WEEKLY PAY
What You'll Do: Delivery Driver Responsibilities
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Loading and unloading your delivery vehicle with Amazon packages at the warehouse each morning
- Following a navigated delivery route to deliver packages safely and efficiently throughout the Paducah community
- Driving a cargo van or box truck safely as a Non CDL driver, following all local traffic laws and Avantt safety policies
- Using handheld technology to manage the delivery process and complete delivery routes on time
- Communicating effectively with dispatchers and customers throughout your route as a Delivery Driver
- Interacting with customers in a professional and positive manner
- Working 3 to 5 days per week with day shifts of 8 to 10 hours
