The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while assisting with data entry, record maintenance, and general office functions. Duties/Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and vendors.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
• Review and clean up data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Sort, distribute, and organize documents and correspondence.
• Maintain office files and records.
