Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (20 hours/week)
Location: In person — Baldwin Park, CA 91706

About the Role

We're a two-brand consumer products company selling on Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace. Our company portfolio brands: Stash Proof makes smell-proof and vacuum-seal storage products. Audio Icon is our audio and creative brand. Small team, real ownership, and your work goes live the same week you make it.

We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to run day-to-day social, our micro-influencer program, and our affiliate program across both brands. You'll work on-site with the product every day — which means you shoot content, pack creator boxes, and ship the same afternoon instead of waiting on samples to arrive somewhere else.

This is a hands-on execution role. You'll report to our E-Commerce Operations & Growth Specialist, who owns strategy and channel performance. You own the calendar, the creators, the affiliates, and the follow-through.

What You'll Do

Social Media

  • Build and run the monthly content calendar for both brands (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
  • Write captions, schedule posts, and publish on a consistent cadence
  • Manage comments, DMs, and mentions using approved response guidelines
  • Keep two distinct brand voices — these audiences don't overlap

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

  • Source and recruit micro-influencers (10K–100K followers) for each brand
  • Run outreach and negotiate within an established rate card
  • Send creator agreements, collect signatures, and keep a clean contract file
  • Coordinate product seeding end to end — pull, pack, ship, track, follow up
  • Chase deliverables and hold creators to what they agreed to
  • Repurpose creator content across our owned channels and listings

Affiliate Program

  • Manage the affiliate program day to day (Shopify affiliate app, Amazon Attribution, Walmart)
  • Recruit and onboard affiliates, including creators converting from gifted to commission
  • Issue and track discount codes and links; watch for code leakage
  • Track commissions, validate payouts, and submit monthly payout files
  • Collect W-9s before any payment goes out
  • Monitor affiliate content for brand safety and required disclosures

Content Production

  • Build shot lists and run regular content capture sessions on-site
  • Shoot and edit product photography and short-form video
  • Create graphics and templated assets in Canva
  • Keep an organized, ready-to-publish content bank

Reporting

  • Monthly performance report per brand — growth, engagement, creator activations, affiliate revenue

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years managing social media for a consumer product brand (hands-on posting and community management, not just strategy)
  • 1+ year of direct influencer or creator program experience — outreach, seeding, tracking deliverables
  • Working knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements for paid partnerships
  • Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook native tools, a scheduling platform, and Canva
  • Can shoot and edit good short-form video and product photos on a phone
  • Strong written English and able to write in two different brand voices
  • Very organized with real follow-through — this job runs on tracking and follow-up
  • Reliable transportation to Irwindale for a Monday–Friday morning schedule
  • Comfortable working with a smell-proof storage brand serving a 21+ consumer audience

Nice to Have

  • Experience administering an affiliate or ambassador program
  • Experience with a brand in a restricted or regulated advertising category
  • Familiarity with Refersion, UpPromote, GoAffPro, or Amazon Attribution
  • Experience supporting more than one brand at a time
  • Basic paid social experience (Meta or TikTok Ads Manager)
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management software

Compensation & Benefits

  • $22.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • 20 hours per week with a consistent morning schedule — no nights, no weekends
  • Paid sick leave per California law
  • Retirement savings through CalSavers
  • Company-provided workstation, content equipment, and software
  • Room to grow with the company — both brands are scaling
