Starting rate of pay:
$24.60 - $37.00 per hr.
Shifts Available and Hours:
Day shift, part time
What you will be doing
- Assist in troubleshooting invoice & packing slip issues in AX and SAP
- Maintain aged open PO's and requisitions in AX and SAP
- Assist in maintaining open PO lines throughout each month by communication with suppliers on delivery dates and updating dates in SAP and AX for 25 day forecast and month end
- 5S office & cleaning supply closet, sustain, set min/max levels and maintain inventory by placing orders for approved supplies
- Stock admin restrooms, kitchen and main breakroom with paper, soap, condiments and utensils
- Assist with open committed, AX/SAP, and Sapa Mall reports
- Other duties as assigned
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
- Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong Microsoft Excel
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Skills Adaptable to change
- SAP/AX/Oracle knowledge a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Results oriented
- Self-motivated and work with limited supervision
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing effectively with supervisors, peers and subordinates
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrate ability to work in and through teams, with all levels of the workforce
