You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service to visitors and staff. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, roadway-related concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned transportation facilities, offices, parking areas, roadways, and perimeters to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and help maintain orderly entry and exit at assigned locations.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications while following Allied Universal and site-specific security-related policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
