Nestled in the beautiful piney woods of Southwest Arkansas on the shores of Lake Millwood, our resort is a premier destination for RV enthusiasts, golfers, anglers, and outdoor adventurers. We offer beautifully wooded RV sites, cozy Airbnb cabins, a championship golf course, a sparkling pool, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our cabins, guest facilities, and common areas. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating welcoming spaces for guests, and appreciates working in a beautiful outdoor resort setting.


WHAT YOU'LL DO


Housekeeping & Cleaning

  • Clean and prepare Airbnb cabins between guest stays
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest supplies
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest accommodations
  • Ensure cabins meet resort cleanliness and presentation standards


Resort Facilities

  • Clean and maintain public restrooms, laundry facilities, clubhouse areas, and other common spaces
  • Empty trash and replace liners throughout the property
  • Restock supplies such as paper products, soaps, and cleaning materials
  • Help keep resort grounds, entrances, and guest areas neat and inviting


Guest Support

  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Report guest concerns, maintenance needs, or safety issues to management
  • Assist with special cleaning projects and seasonal deep cleaning as needed


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
