All applicants are expected to meet the California State Community College Minimum Qualifications for Art instructors (below). Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee employment or an interview

Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Master's in fine arts, art, or art history; OR Bachelor's in any of the above AND Master's in humanities; OR The equivalent; AND Demonstrated evidence of sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds in a community college environment.
