Part Time Agr Officer Jobs (NOW HIRING)

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

This National Guard position is for a Force Integration and Readiness Officer (Title 32) (Indefinite), Position Description Number D2222000 and is part of the VA G3, National Guard.

NOTE: Qualifications are based on breadth/level of experience. WHO CAN APPLY:
GROUP I - All qualified Male/Female Commissioned Officer (O1/2LT - O3/CPT) currently employed (permanent) in the Virginia Army National Guard Military Technician Program.
GROUP II - All qualified Virginia Army National Guard Male/Female Commissioned Officer (O1/2LT - O3/CPT) regardless of employment status (Traditional, Military Technician or AGR). To be considered as a Group II applicant, proof of appointment/enlistment in the Virginia National Guard must be attached if the appointment/enlistment occurred within 60 days prior to, or during, the advertisement period.
Military Grades: Commissioned Officer (O1/2LT - O3/CPT)
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have experience planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, evaluating and providing technical guidance to units and major commands in the state.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least 12 months of specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the GS-10 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. This experience must include activities such as:

1. Experience developing and recommending policy.
2. Experience preparing written communications and oral presentations.
3. Experience organizing and carrying out specific programs.
4. Experience evaluating and recommending changes in methods of operations.

You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
