School Crossing Guard (Multiple Openings)
Location: Shawnee, KS
Pay
$17.50 per hour
School Crossing Guards work before and after school, Monday through Friday, following the local school calendar. Typical schedules is 2 hours per day. Candidates working both assigned shifts receive total daily earnings of $35.00.
Make a Difference Every School Day
Every morning and afternoon, School Crossing Guards help create a safer route for students walking to and from school. As a School Crossing Guard, you'll become a familiar and trusted presence in your neighborhood while helping children cross the street safely.
What You'll Do
• Assist students and pedestrians at designated crossings
• Help maintain safe traffic flow around schools
• Watch for changing traffic conditions
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and drivers
• Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to stand during scheduled shifts
• Strong communication and observation skills
