This is a part-time position, you should be available Monday through Friday after 4PM.

*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 Expectations:
Our In-Home Caregivers / Direct Service Providers offer 1:1 support which helps our clients be more independent and meet their daily living needs. Services offered might include: mobility support, teaching life skills, and activities that encourage meaningful social interactions.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A High School diploma
  • Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends
  • A high level of energy and passion for motivating others
  • Willingness to drive an average of 30 minutes to and from client locations
  • Ability to collect and report data (as needed)
  • A valid driver license and hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage)
  • Must clear a current background check through the FBI and BCI
  • A current TB Test

If transporting clients, you will need to provide a BMV driving record (repeats annually) that shows no more than 1 point at time of hire and no more than 2 points during employment at TES. Your record should show that you have held a valid driver's license for at least 3 years. In addition, since transporting clients for work, your auto insurance liability coverage minimum is $100/300k.
