Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes
Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (psychology, education, or a related field)
Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Part-time availability (hours will vary)
