Whether you want to help welcome guests as a Ticket Taker, keep groups moving through the attraction as a Group Manager, or become one of the scary characters inside the Haunted Shadows Lake Trail, there is a role for you. Join the Haunted Shadows team and help create an unforgettable experience for our guests! Role Scope & Responsibilities: Guest Experience & Trail Operations
  • Create a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for Haunted Shadows guests.
  • Perform assigned responsibilities as a Ticket Taker, Group Manager, or Haunted Trail Character.
  • Follow all event procedures, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by event leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow cast and crew members to keep the attraction running smoothly.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude throughout each shift.
  • Support event leadership and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
