We're seeking a detail-driven, dependable part-time Accounting Assistant to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who finds satisfaction in accuracy, order, and follow-through, someone who enjoys completing tasks the right way every time. At Precision Pump & Valve Services, Inc. (PPVS), we take pride in delivering top-quality industrial pump and valve repair services across the region.

Our reputation is built on consistency, safety, and technical excellence and that starts with the people behind the scenes keeping us organized and on track. What You'll Do Support accounting office operations by assisting with administrative and accounting tasks. Manage data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.

Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal correspondence using Microsoft Excel and Word. Reconcile receipts and match documentation for review and approval. Maintain an organized digital and paper filing system.

Other administrative duties as needed. What You'll Bring 1+ year of experience in an office or administrative role (experience in accounting support is a plus). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Dependable work ethic and consistent follow-through. Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
