Part-Time QuickBooks Accountant – Homeowners Association (Granbury, TX)

We are seeking an experienced part-time accounting professional with strong QuickBooks expertise to manage and prepare financial statements for a 60-owner Homeowners Association.

Responsibilities include:

·        • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

·        • Maintaining the general ledger

·        • Performing monthly bank reconciliations

·        • Preparing accurate financial statements and reports for board review

·        • Assisting with budget tracking and vendor payments

Qualifications:

·        • Proficient in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online)

·        • Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles

·        • Experience with HOA or property management accounting preferred
