Part-Time | Non – Certified Nurse Aide NCNA

Available Shifts: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. | 16 hours per two-week pay period. Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday

Pay Range: $16-21/hour *Same Day Pay Available*

Join our compassionate care team as a Part-Time Non-Certified Nurse Aide (NCNA), where your work truly makes a difference in the lives of our residents every day. In this hands-on non-certified Nurse Aide role, you’ll support individuals with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and comfort, while closely following care plans and maintaining accurate documentation. You’ll play a vital role in promoting a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards, all while treating residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.

-Provide hands-on care to residents in accordance with approved care plans

-Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, personal care, and comfort measures

-Monitor and record vital signs and other required documentation accurately and timely

-Follow infection control standards and safety protocols at all times

-Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect

-Collaborate with nurses and care team members to ensure quality, person-centered care

-Contribute to a positive, culture-driven community with strong staff-to-resident ratios

Minimum Qualifications

-Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations

-Ability to pass required post-offer screenings, including drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening

-Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

-Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks

-Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others

-Awareness of and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities

-Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service

-Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
