Job description

International Academy of Flint is currently hiring a part time Lunch/Recess Aide (10am - 2pm) for the upcoming school year.

At IAF our staff and students work together through a rigorous curriculum that focuses on learning improvement and mastery attainment on a secure campus. We are a K-12 charter school in Flint that brings students from different backgrounds together to collaborate, develop strong relationships, and learn from one another as they explore new learning opportunities.  

 
  • The classroom Paraprofessional is responsible and accountable for providing students with a safe, loving, stimulating, and nurturing environment, 
  • Works closely with the classroom teacher and the school administrative team, 
  • Makes sure the school and Organization's systems, policies and procedures are properly and consistently implemented and maintained, 
  • May be assigned others tasks such as teaching, if deemed necessary by the Academic Quality Controller or School Director.
