Parts Runner

The Part Runner plays a crucial role in supporting operations by picking up, delivering, and tracking parts and supplies. They help maintain inventory accuracy, provide excellent customer service, and assist department staff as needed. This position requires reliability, organization, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up parts from vendors, suppliers, and warehouses and deliver them promptly to customers, job sites, and internal departments
  • Transport parts safely, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage
  • Maintain accurate records of parts delivered, received, and remaining in inventory
  • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, and occasionally perform physical tasks such as lifting items up to 40-60 lbs.
  • Verify orders for accuracy including packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery instructions
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting customers or technicians
  • Support general shop or service operations, including maintaining cleanliness of workspaces and vehicles
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
