We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our leadership team as a Full-Time Evening Supervisor. If you are passionate about mentoring others, delivering outstanding resident care, and leading by example, we would love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As the Evening Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight while ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff to promote a positive team environment.
  • Provide clinical leadership and make independent decisions to support resident care needs.
  • Coordinate daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
  • Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident care as needed.
  • Promote compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Address resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and compassion.
Qualifications
  • Current RN or LPN license in the State of Louisiana.
  • Previous nursing supervisor, charge nurse, or leadership experience required.
  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
