Job description

On-Site Preferred | Remote Opportunities Available for Experienced Aviation Candidates
About Jets.com
At Jets.com, we combine high-level service with a fast-paced, team-driven culture. We’re passionate about aviation, problem-solving, and delivering an exceptional client experience — while still having fun along the way.
As a Flight Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing private aviation logistics from start to finish. You’ll coordinate aircraft sourcing, pricing, scheduling, and client needs while learning the ins and outs of the private aviation industry through hands-on training and mentorship.
No aviation experience? No problem.
We’re looking for motivated, organized, and driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. Aviation experience is a plus, but it is not required — we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do
Flight Coordination & Logistics
  • Coordinate all aspects of client flight requests from sourcing to execution
  • Arrange aircraft availability and ensure seamless trip logistics
  • Monitor active trips and communicate updates with clients and operators
Aircraft Sourcing & Vendor Management
  • Build strong relationships with aircraft operators and vendors
  • Negotiate pricing and identify the best aircraft solutions for clients
  • Learn aircraft sourcing strategies, market trends, and fulfillment options
Client & Team Communication
  • Work closely with sales brokers, scheduling teams, and management
  • Provide timely, accurate updates internally and externally
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion with sensitive client information
Operations & Performance
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet monthly operational and margin goals
  • Participate in rotating after-hours and weekend coverage as part of a 24/7/365 operation

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in operations, hospitality, logistics, customer service, or another fast-paced service environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
Preferred but Not Required
  • Aviation or logistics experience
  • Familiarity with FAA Part 135 operations
  • FAA Pilot’s License

Compensation & Benefits
$25–$35 per hour, depending on experience total compensation around $65,000
Additional performance-based incentive opportunities available

Additional Information
This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and rotating after-hours coverage based on operational needs.
Remote opportunities may be considered for candidates with significant aviation experience. All other candidates should expect an on-site training and onboarding experience.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. The company does not sponsor employment visas or provide immigration-related support.
