Where You Will Work Located approximately 50 miles northeast of Safford, Arizona on U.S. Highway 191, Morenci operations (an open-pit copper mining complex) has been in continuous operation since 1939. The operation consists of two concentrators, crushed-ore leach pad and stacking system, a low-grade run-of-mine (ROM) leaching system; four SX plants; and three EW tank houses that produce copper cathode

Visit the Morenci townwebsiteto learn more. What You Will Do Responsible for the business performance of the establishment. Uses past performance, market conditions and strategic planning to forecast supply and demand.

Coordinates all activities including management, customer relations, and marketing to ensure efficiency and profitability. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Set annual budgets and manage costs, while developing cost-saving strategies to increase profit.

Devise systems, set policy, and implement changes to uphold quality standards. Provide training and leadership to staff, including team building and performance management. Recruit and hire new staff, create schedules, and track attendance.

Investigate and resolve service complaints and enforce disciplinary actions as needed. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control. Prepare end-of-day financial reports and perform other duties as required.

What You Bring To Freeport High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of supervisor or lead experience Ability to understand and apply verbal and written instructions in English Effective communication in English regarding job procedures and safety standards Ability to work in a potentially stressful environment Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays Ability to meet operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety Strong customer engagement and communication skills Compliance with dress code standards Willingness to perform a variety of tasks during each shift Preferred Qualifications What We Offer You The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently$50,000-$68,000.This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance
