Job Description
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician for a long-term role with an organization located in Sherwood, OR. The position includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of both CNC and manual mills and lathes along with other miscellaneous equipment used in the support of Production. This opportunity is a weekend shift, Friday through Monday.
Pay: $34-$45/hr
CNC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
  • Advanced troubleshooting and repair of electronic circuitry including wiring, motor controls and sensors
  • Diagnose, adjust, repair, or replace non-functioning hydraulic and pneumatic components
  • Diagnose, adjust, repair, or replace non-functioning machine components and control instruments
  • Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
  • Record and maintain repair records on all equipment
  • Ensure all safety guidelines are followed.

CNC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years of CNC maintenance, troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Working knowledge of computers to include CMMS use, internet research and Microsoft Office document reviews
  • Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record to operate company vehicle's when needed
  • The ability to work with frequent interruptions and multiple deadlines
  • Experience and ability to perform general building & facility maintenance repairs such as air compressor maintenance and more
  • LME - Limited Maintenance Electrician license is a plus but not required
  • The flexibility to learn and utilize new skills to perform other duties as assigned
  • Must be able to lift light to moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Flexible with overtime and on-call
