Job Summary:

At Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center, a warm and welcoming skilled nursing facility nestled in a serene setting, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team. As a RN Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. This is a full-time position with an 11-7 evening shift schedule.

About the Role:

As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare team, including staffing, scheduling, and mentoring. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals. Your exceptional clinical knowledge and leadership skills will enable you to provide guidance and support to your team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including staff performance evaluations, incident reports, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure excellent customer service
