These positions often require advanced skills, significant experience, or ownership of a business, and may involve irregular schedules or high responsibility levels.

How to get a job as a greeter?

To get a job as a park greeter, candidates should typically have good communication and customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and sometimes prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles. What are park greeters?

Park greeters are staff members responsible for welcoming visitors to parks, providing information, and ensuring guests have a positive experience. Park greeters play an important role in maintaining a friendly, safe, and organized environment for all visitors.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Park Greeter, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Park Greeter, you need strong customer service skills, basic knowledge of park rules and amenities, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, visitor management software, or two-way radios is typically helpful. Job description

Greeter - Eat'n Park

Are you looking for a values-driven environment with opportunities to learn and grow? Do you want to join a fun, supportive team where you can build lifelong relationships? At Eat'n Park Hospitality Group, we've been creating smiles since 1949-one guest, one meal, and one team member at a time. Now we're searching for a greeter to join our Eat'n Park team.

Eat'n Park Hospitality Group represents a diverse family of brands that span 14 states across more than 150 locations and with nearly 10,000 team members. We are a family-owned and operated company with deep roots that inspire our future. Our enduring commitment to our Core Values and our shared purpose, "to Create a Smile," guide and fuel our growth as a group and as individuals.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE

As a greeter, you'll be part of our enduring legacy and exciting growth. Here's what you can expect:

  • Acknowledge the presence of our guests immediately with a friendly greeting.
  • Utilize the tools provided to stay organized and seat guests
  • Present guests with a menu and suggest food items as identified by management.
  • Observe guest reactions to ensure we are acknowledging any problems and alert management if there is an issue that needs resolved.
  • The greeter will also have to perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

We're searching for team members who welcome new challenges and care deeply about people. Every team member across the company plays a role in bringing our Core Values to life every day. In addition to aligning to our values, you'll be successful here with these skills and qualifications:

  • Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
  • Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
  • Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

We believe our team members deserve the same hospitality we give our guests. Wherever you are on your journey, we offer rewards and resources to highlight the important moments, both at work and at home.

  • Health and Well-Being: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and Paid Time Off.
  • Career Growth: Access to Smile Universe training and internal promotion pathways.
  • Welcoming and Fun: 20% discount at all our brands.

Not the right opportunity for you? Share this job with a friend or search all careers at enphgsmiles.com.
