Location: Parish Grove located in Atlanta, GA

Full time 40 hours a week

As a Front Desk Clerk, you'll serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff while helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and secure community. If you're customer-focused, dependable, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will:

  • Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while providing outstanding customer service.

  • Monitor building access and ensure all visitors follow community policies and sign-in procedures.

  • Verify identification and maintain accurate visitor logs.

  • Accept and accurately process rental payments.

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

  • Sort and distribute resident mail promptly.

  • Maintain accurate shift logs and document incidents, concerns, and daily activities.

  • Perform routine inspections of common areas and report safety concerns.

  • Submit maintenance work orders and notify maintenance staff of emergencies.

  • Keep the lobby clean, organized, and professional.

  • Respond calmly and professionally during emergencies while following established safety procedures.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, management, and maintenance staff.

  • Attend required meetings, training sessions, and court appearances as needed.

  • Assist with shift coverage when necessary while maintaining reliable attendance.

  • Travel between multiple supportive housing communities as needed for coverage.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • At least 1 year of recent work experience

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Basic computer and math skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between assigned locations

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
