Position Overview

Guided Growth Therapies is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your clinical responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, both virtually and in-person as needed.
• Assessing clients' needs and creating tailored therapy plans geared towards addressing their specific challenges.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapies and techniques to support clients dealing with issues such as grief, family conflict, substance abuse, and communication difficulties.
• Facilitating sessions focused on collaborative problem-solving, including family dynamics and blended family adjustments.
• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will focus on a diverse range of clients, including couples, families, and individuals facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Common issues you might address include:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
• Family conflicts and sibling rivalries
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce
• Grief and loss
• Medical-related stress and its psychological effects
• Interpersonal communication barriers

This variety allows you to apply your expertise while making significant differences in the lives of your clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state LMFT license.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and clinical outcomes.

Preferred Experience

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, ideal candidates will also have:

• Experience managing a caseload of diverse clients in an outpatient setting.
• Proven skills in teletherapy and modern therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
