Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and strengths, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques aimed at fostering personal growth and healing.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and systematically track progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services, using secure platforms to accommodate clients who may face barriers to in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress as part of ethical practice standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training opportunities and supervision to enhance clinical skills and remain abreast of evolving mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida is required.

• An empathetic, nonjudgmental attitude and a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage caseloads and related administrative duties.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience in providing therapy to diverse populations, particularly in areas such as trauma-informed care, anxiety disorders, and family dynamics. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and methodologies is advantageous, given our remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
