We areย seekingย a proactive and detail-orientedย Marketing Specialistย to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role focuses on digital marketing execution and the day-to-day management of our marketing systems, data, and processes.ย 

This Marketing Specialist will play a key role in building and deploying email campaigns, managing marketing automation workflows, supporting reporting and analytics, andย maintainingย the systems that power our marketing efforts.ย 

This position is ideal for an early-career marketer with 1โ€“3 years of experience who is eager to take ownership of execution, learn quickly, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate is analytical, highly detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who can collaborate across teams while drivingย workย forward with minimal oversight.ย 

What You Will Doย 

Campaign Execution & Email Marketingย 

  • Build, schedule, and QA email campaigns across The Valcourt Groupโ€™s brands, ensuring accuracy and performance.ย ย 

  • Create and update email templates.ย ย 

  • Manage the email campaign calendar.ย ย 

  • Build andย maintainย nurture and drip campaigns.ย ย 

  • Apply B2B email marketing best practices to improve deliverability, engagement, and performance.ย ย 

Marketing Automation & Data Managementย 

  • Manage lists, segmentation, and campaign setup within Pardot/Account Engagement.ย ย 

  • Monitor lead flow to ensureย accurateย routing, assignment, and tracking within Salesforce.ย ย 

  • Support marketing automation workflows, lead management, and campaign tracking.ย ย 

  • Maintain consistent naming conventions, tagging, and system organization.ย ย 

Website & SEO Supportย 

  • Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research and content optimization using BrightEdge and other tools.ย ย 

  • Conduct SEO audits and implement optimizations across The Valcourt Group and sub-brand websites.ย ย 

  • Execute website updates and coordinate web agency support requests.ย ย

Targeting & List Developmentย 

  • Build and refineย prospectย lists using tools such as ZoomInfo, Convex, and LinkedIn.ย ย 

  • Conduct research to support campaign targeting and database growth.ย ย 

  • Prepare and format lists for campaign execution.ย ย 

Reporting & Analyticsย 

  • Pull and organize data to support campaign and performance reporting.ย ย 

  • Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce (leads, pipeline, revenue).ย ย 

  • Use Excel to analyze, format, and present data clearly.ย ย 

Team & Digital Marketing Supportย 

  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager on digital marketing programs, including email, websites, paid media, webinars, and analytics.ย ย
