Location: Appleton, WI (Onsite)


Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.

Join a collaborative, multi-generational team focused on delivering thoughtful, high-quality financial guidance to our clients. In this paraplanner role, you'll use your experience to support the development and execution of comprehensive financial plans-analyzing portfolios, drafting recommendations, and working directly with clients and advisors. From planning strategy to investment analysis and client service coordination, you'll play a key role behind the scenes while continuing to deepen your expertise and contribute to a growing, team-oriented wealth management practice.


Responsibilities

  • Draft and update financial plans with limited oversight from Financial Planner.
  • Develop expertise in specific financial niche (e.g. retirement planning, social security, income distribution).
  • Handle more complex financial planning tasks.
  • Proficient with KRW's specific modeling techniques across different software programs.
  • Interact directly with clients to gather information.
  • Draft planning recommendations with Financial Planner oversight.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets and current economic environment and events.
  • Fundamental understanding of KRW model portfolios, investment philosophy, benchmarks, and strategy.
  • Able to analyze outside portfolios and draft portfolio recommendations with Wealth Advisor oversight.
  • Work with CST on client requests.
  • Enter trade/move money tickets with direction.
  • Ability to mentor and train AP and other team members.
  • Update and add to Associate ParaPlanner training plan and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years, including experience in Associate ParaPlanner role.
  • Working toward CFP designation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and productive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet client needs.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
