Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) or Paramedic is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care through IV vitamin therapy, injections, blood draws, wellness treatments, and patient education. This role is much more than performing clinical procedures—we are looking for someone who can build trust, educate patients, and create an outstanding experience that keeps patients engaged in their wellness journey.
The ideal candidate is confident with venipuncture and infusions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with patients, and is passionate about preventative health, wellness, and helping patients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
  • Administer IV vitamin therapy, injections, and wellness treatments according to established protocols.
  • Perform venipuncture, blood draws, peripheral IV placement, specimen collection, and access implanted ports when appropriate.
  • Monitor patients throughout treatments and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or emergencies.
  • Educate patients on wellness therapies, treatment expectations, memberships, provider recommendations, and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Build strong patient relationships through exceptional customer service, professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
  • Support patient retention by helping patients understand and adhere to their personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with providers, client advocates, and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care and an exceptional patient experience.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment while following infection control standards, universal precautions, and medical asepsis guidelines.
  • Accurately document all patient encounters and treatments within the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR).
  • Assist with inventory management and maintain adequate stock levels of vitamins, medical supplies, and infusion materials.
  • Participate in clinic initiatives that support patient satisfaction, membership growth, treatment plan compliance, and overall clinic success.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Perform additional duties within scope of licensure as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
  • Active Florida license/certification as one of the following:
    • Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Paramedic
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
  • ACLS Certification
  • Previous experience in IV therapy, emergency medicine, urgent care, wellness clinics, med spas, concierge medicine, hormone optimization, functional medicine, or regenerative medicine
  • Experience educating patients on treatment plans and wellness recommendations
  • Previous experience discussing memberships, packages, wellness programs, or provider-recommended services
  • Strong customer service, relationship-building, and patient retention skills
  • Experience working in a performance-driven environment focused on patient satisfaction and long-term patient engagement
