The goal is to equip trainees with the knowledge and skills needed to assist attorneys effectively.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed for paralegal training?

To thrive in Paralegal Training, you need a solid understanding of legal principles, strong research and writing skills, and typically a paralegal certificate or associate's degree in paralegal studies. Familiarity with legal research databases, case management software, and document preparation tools is commonly required.
