A well-established and growing law firm in Hallandale Beach, Florida is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its dynamic litigation practice. Key Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial.
  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, notices, and other legal documents.
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars to ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders.
  • Coordinate document collection, production, and organization for discovery.
  • Conduct legal and factual research.
  • Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, witness files, and other materials for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical case files.
  • Anticipate attorney needs and proactively identify solutions to keep matters moving efficiently.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida state and/or federal litigation procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

Technology & AI Experience
