Senior Real Estate ParalegalSalary: $120,000 - $140,000 (DOE)
Location: San Francisco, CA
A confidential client is seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal to support complex real estate transactions and subdivision matters in California. This role focuses on preparing regulatory filings, coordinating transactions, and supporting entity formation.
Skill Requirements - Must-Have :
- Real Estate transactions experience
- Familiarity with Subdivisions
- Experience in DRE filings
- Knowledge of California Subdivided Lands Law
- Ability to manage Entity formation
- Preferred :
- Experience supporting large master-planned projects
- Proficiency in organizing due diligence matters like UCC searches
- paralegal certificate
- Salary to be based upon experience; $120,000 and $140,000 annual DOE.
- For the first 90 days, you will be required to work completely onsite. Hybrid work arrangement out of our San Francisco office, with the expectation to be in the office 4 times per week and on an as needed basis.
Qualifications:- Experience with real estate transactions in California
- Familiarity with subdivision work and DRE filings
- Working knowledge of California Subdivided Lands Law
- Experience with entity formation and maintenance
Preferred:- Experience supporting large master-planned community projects
- Strong due diligence and organizational skills
- Paralegal certificate
Schedule & Location:- San Francisco-based role
- 100% onsite for the first 90 days
- Hybrid thereafter (4 days onsite per week, as needed)
