Join Dolan & Dolan PA as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal in Newton, NJ, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to contribute to our commitment to excellence in legal services.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal research.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
  • Manage case files and maintain organized documentation.
  • Communicate with clients and third parties regarding case updates.
  • Schedule appointments, hearings, and depositions.
  • Conduct factual investigations and gather evidence as needed.
