Job Summary
We are seeking a Bi-Lingual Spanish Paralegal for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Portland, OR area. This role supports a legal services team handling Personal Injury and Wrongful Death matters from intake through trial preparation and case resolution.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who enjoys meaningful client contact, deadline-driven case management, and working closely with attorneys, supervisors, and legal support teams. Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned caseload of Personal Injury and Wrongful Death cases from intake through trial and resolution.
- Communicate with clients in English and Spanish, conduct phone interviews, explain case flow procedures, and maintain clear written notes.
- Track and meet internal deadlines, court deadlines, filing requirements, and case management milestones.
- Prepare, review, e-file, and e-serve legal documents, including pleadings, complaints, case management statements, offers, and trial-related materials.
- Order, subpoena, organize, and review records such as medical records, billing records, employment records, pathology reports, films, and economic loss documentation.
- Coordinate with attorneys, deposition teams, court personnel, defense counsel, and internal staff to support trial readiness and case progress.
Compensation and Benefits
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.
- Pay: $27.00 per hour.
- Annual equivalent: $56,160.00.
- Salary range: $55,000.00 to $58,000.00 per year.
- Start date: 7/28/2026.
- Location: Portland, OR area.
