Las Vegas, NV

Contractor

Job description

At Paradox Insurance Agency, we believe the best companies are built by the best people. That’s why we’re on a mission to find the best people to become a part of our future. We are a team of caring, hard-working, and motivated individuals constantly looking for new and better ways to solve the problems our customers face while reducing the friction points that may prevent a spectacular client experience. If that sounds like you, we want to talk with you about joining our team!

We’re looking for humble, hungry, and articulate people with high learning agility. If you love solving problems, navigating challenges, learning about people, and are usually one of the most charismatic or conversational people in the room, then you might thrive in our company. Producers develop genuine relationships with prospects and teammates, understand client needs, and strategically match our services and products to those needs.

At Paradox, we value ability, talent, and grit more than "years of experience" or a degree.

What you’ll do:

  • Create sales-ready opportunities
  • Align products with the prospect’s objectives and pain points
  • Proactively research the industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and clients
  • Capture key prospective client data from your interactions, from the web, and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in our CRM
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets.

What you need to get the job done: (minimum qualifications)

  • Humble, coachable, high interpersonal skills, grit, and resilience.
  • Consistent desire to improve
  • Cold calls stink, but they are a part of this role. Can you develop relationships while standing in line at the coffee shop or in a crowded room?
  • Ability to confidently and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (from the janitor to the CEO)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Possess or obtain, within 90 days, a NV state property/casualty insurance license
  • Reside in the state of Nevada

What will make you stand out: (preferred qualifications)

  • Some college credit is preferred but NOT required.
  • 6 months - 2 years of insurance sales experience
  • Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
