In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our billing and audit processes. Your ability to carefully review information, identify discrepancies, conduct thorough research, and consistently follow account-specific guidelines will directly impact operational excellence and client satisfaction.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
As a Quality Audit Associate, you will:
- Learn and apply detailed account-specific guidelines to perform accurate billing audits.
- Review and audit cases to ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
- Research and investigate short pays, non-pays, and supporting documentation within the collections application.Identify discrepancies, verify data accuracy, and document findings with precision.
- Perform internal quality audits to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
- Run customer-specific queries and analyze data to support audit and quality initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records while handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve audit findings and improve quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications
