Production Manager

A corrugated packaging manufacturer, in Germantown, is seeking a Production Manager,

a leader of our corrugated production team.

Summary:

This leader is a good communicator. This person is an ethical, honest, self-motivated individual that is dependable, thorough and organized.

Requirements:

  • Worked multiple years in the manufacturing environment
  • Post H.S. Education or experience
  • Computer skilled: + Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + ERP/MRP software systems
  • Physically capable
  • Valid driverโ€™s license
  • Leadership skills and experience

Preferences:

  • Flexography experience
  • Corrugated production experience
  • Coaching experience

60,000-90,000 Salary

40 to 50 hours per week

5:30 am to 3:00 pm

These containers may be printed with multiple colors, and may be combined with protective inner packing, produced from corrugated material, paperboard cushioning, or foam. Design/Engineering department utilizes an integrated CAD prototype system and maintains a Package Proving Center with a complete International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) Test Lab.
