Morrison Cup Solutions is a fast-growing Oklahoma City based foodservice packaging company. Our core focus is to make a branded cup the simplest way for America’s mom & pop retailers to market themselves. By relentlessly focusing on disrupting legacy manufacturing techniques with shorter production run enhancements, we aim to be America’s #1 branded cup company in the small to medium size customer base.


We are seeking a dedicated, skilled Maintenance Technician to support our 1st shift Paper Department at Morrison Cup Solutions. The full-time day shift position offers excellent benefits and a work schedule of Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm. occasional overtime to include Friday's.


This person will have preventive maintenance responsibility across the following departments:

  • Offset printers, used for printing plastic, paper, and Styrofoam cups.
  • Foam forming machines that make cups
  • Mechanical paper cup machines.
  • Wrappers and bagging equipment
  • Lathe and mill equipment
  • Warehouse equipment
  • Other equipment

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Create PM and maintain schedule for all equipment and machines.
  • Perform routine maintenance on printing machines.
  • Ensure common parts are on hand to fix machines quickly.
  • Reduce machine down time.
  • Work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair machines.

The Maintenance Technician must possess the following qualities:

  • Dependable (must be at work on time).
  • 1-3 years’ experience in related position.
  • Must be mechanically inclined.
  • Possess good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working on Offset printers, foam former and paper cup machines a plus.
  • Capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external groups.
