Job description

ARC Paper is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to own the support side of our sales process. We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, improving systems, and contributing to the growth of the company. Success in this role isn’t measured by staying busy—it’s measured by helping the sales team become more productive and creating a better experience for our customers

Schedule

· Monday–Friday

· 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

· Onsite (Las Vegas, NV)

Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative sales support as needed, including gathering information for quotes, researching past items, and compiling sales-related notes and trends.

· Own the accuracy and health of the CRM system (Omni)—not just data entry—including clean records and reliable lead tracking.

· Take ownership of outstanding quotes, samples, customer requests, and follow-up until they’re completed.

· Prepare, coordinate, and ship samples for the sales team.

· Monitor customer inquiries, track shipments, address complaints, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.

· Look for inefficiencies in the sales process and proactively recommend improvements.

· Help identify bottlenecks that slow down the customer experience.

· Handle general administrative tasks such as managing emails and phone calls and completing light follow-up tasks.

· Support shipping activities as needed, including helping coordinate scheduling for pickups and deliveries.

· Assist with QuickBooks responsibilities as needed, including building assemblies and supporting coverage for the Warehouse Manager when required.

· Continuously look for ways to improve communication between Sales, Warehouse, and Finance.

· Support the company’s growth by freeing up the sales team to spend more time building relationships and closing business.

· Entry/Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent follow-through and comfort taking direction.

· High attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset.

· Ability to communicate professionally and help set realistic customer expectations.

· Positive, team-oriented attitude.
