Job Overview:

  • Company: Vanguard Industrial Group.
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $28–$32 per hour + $105/day Per Diem.
  • Location: Yuma, Arizona.
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
  • Schedule: 50–60 hours per week (includes 10–20 hours of overtime).

The Opportunity:

You will play a vital role in building and assembling heavy industrial power infrastructure for a major paper mill facility. This position gives you the platform to utilize your advanced electrical expertise while stepping up to lead small crews during critical phases of a fast-paced, 6-month build.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Install rigid conduit, cable trays, and complex raceway systems to support heavy-duty industrial machinery.
  • Execute precise motor and control terminations according to strict technical specifications.
  • Interpret detailed construction drawings and industrial blueprints to ensure accurate field installations.
  • Direct small field crews as needed to maximize productivity and maintain project schedules.

  • Demonstrated history of strong work ethic, exceptional punctuality, and job site preparedness.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to facilitate clear team communication.
  • Prior experience working on large-scale industrial paper mill or manufacturing facility projects.
  • Comfortability stepping into minor leadership or task-delegation roles on-site.
