Machine Operator - Printing Company | Day and Swing shift | Pay $18/HR                                                         Phoenix, AZ
Machine Operator Helper – Monday–Thursday Schedule + Overtime on Fridays!

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading paper manufacturing company that recently became the #1 paper converter in the world. They take pride in offering a stable, team-oriented, and growth-focused work environment where you can build a lasting career in machine operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate slitter and printing machines safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and make minor machine adjustments as needed
  • Conduct quality inspections on paper materials
  • Mix inks for production runs
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks and team operations

Schedule

Monday – Thursday
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM
**** Mandatory overtime on Fridays during peak****

  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • 1 year of industrial printing experience preferred
