This technician will be part of a team of controls engineers having the primary goal of maintaining customer satisfaction. Pay is based on experience level. This is a full-time, on-site position.Essential Job Functions:Remotely troubleshoot running customer electrical control systems through remote access and related controls software such as Rockwell Automation Studio 5000.Support onsite technicians in their ability to troubleshoot customer systems through remote access.Work with a development team to learn new control designs prior to being installed in the field.Provide support for new designs in testing new cabinets prior to installation.Follow company processes and controls work level instructions for maintaining good software revision control and programming styles.Controlled code incident management with minimal impact to customer's production.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be professional, proactive, and positive. Having a passion for exceptional customer service and support is a must.
