Job Summary: ND Langhorne is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pallet Maker/Utility is responsible for building, repairing, and assembling wooden pallets according to company specifications and customer requirements. This role requires the safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and pallet-building equipment while maintaining quality and production standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and build wooden pallets using pneumatic nail guns, saws, and other hand tools
  • Repair damaged pallets by replacing boards and reinforcing structures
  • Inspect pallets to ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
  • Measure and cut lumber to proper dimensions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Load, stack, and move materials and completed pallets as needed
  • Identify defective materials and report issues to supervisors
  • Meet daily production goals and deadlines
  • Assist with general warehouse or production duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to safely use hand tools and power equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable with good attendance and work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements:
