A service technician will be a part of a team that will focus on maintaining an assigned account, or group of accounts. This position focuses on ensuring our chemical feed equipment is properly working and our products are transferred in a safe manner. Safety and communication are the highest priorities in this job.

  • Maintain Safe Work Practices
  • Work with Account Manager to develop day-to-day activities to support and grow our business
  • Ensure all needed communications are taking place with our customer and site team including: inventory, testing and equipment.
  • Focus on removing routine testing or service activities from sales representatives
  • Perform all scheduled service at customer sites on time and as scheduled by your Account manager
  • Provide timely responses on requests for information from customers and managers
  • Monitor chemical inventory to ensure no run out situations take place.
  • Check all feed equipment on a daily/weekly manner to make sure there are no issues and systems are performing as designed.
  • Perform routine maintenance on feed systems to maintain equipment reliability.
  • Monitor daily usage and communicate to the account team when the daily usage is too high, too low, or not changing to address variance.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Position requires flexibility in schedule including after hours calls from the customer that require after hours service visits. Position is primarily M-F day shift, but also includes weekend OT hours that is rotated between the team.
  • Minimum 3 years experience working on mechanical and electrical systems preferably in an industrial environment. Chemical handling experience desired, but not required.
  • Must live within 1 hour of the customer

The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,250.00 and $103,026.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
